ANA extend's it's deepest condolence and sympathy for the losses and sufferings triggered by the tragic earthquake.
Due to the Earthquake in Northern Coast of Japan, ANA has placed a special Charges/Fees waiver policies for International tickets issued on ANA stock (205), as described below.
*Please note that ANA SKY WEB (website) is not capable of waiving below mentioned charges. We kindly ask you to contact our ANA international Reservations stated in "5. Inquiries".
1. Applicable Tickets //Updated on March 14, 2011//
International Tickets including Frequent Flyer Award Tickets issued on ANA stock (205), provided that
Ticketing Date : On/before March 11th, 2011.
Itinerary : Including confirmed reservations on flights departing from/arriving to cities within Japan on
March 11th, 2011 - April 10th, 2011.
2. Waiver of Cancellation and Refund charges //Updated on March 14, 2011//
All cancellation and refund charges will be waived, regardless of the fare restrictions.
3. Waiver of Date Change fees //Updated on March 14, 2011//
Limiting to confirmed bookings on NH coded flights, date change fee will be waived for one time only, regardless of the fare restrictions.
If you have purchased your tickets through travel agencies, please kindly contact your travel agencies.
Ticketing Date : On/before March 11th, 2011.
Itinerary : Including confirmed reservations on flights departing from/arriving to cities within Japan on
March 11th, 2011 - April 10th, 2011.
Changes will be permitted without date change fees to NH coded flights only, and must complete
the entire journey by June 10th, 2011.
Flights departing from the point of origin on June 10th, 2011 and arriving in Japan on June 11th, 2011 is included.
Frequent Flyer Award Tickets for ANA Mileage Club Members :
Date change fees will be waived on partner carriers regardless of the code of the flight, for one time only.
Please contact our ANA international Reservations stated in "5. Inquiries".
4. Ticketing Time Limit extension //Updated on March 14, 2011//
ANA operated flights which are originally required to be ticketed by March 16th 2011, the ticketing time limit will be extended until March 17th 2011.
a. Extension for the 7day/5day/72 hour etc. ticketing limit
Ticketing will be available through our website.
b. Extension of the Advance Purchase Date (28days/14days etc. prior to the first travel date)
For those who wish to ticket the bookings that exceeds the Advance Purchase Date of the original fare restriction due to the extension of the ticketing time limit, please refer to the ANA Reservation Center listed in 5. ,since manual fare calculation needs to be forced at the time of ticketing．
5. Inquiries
*Please contact travel agencies when you have purchased tickets at travel agencies.

由於我的英文不是很好，沒辦法全文翻譯，只把當中重要的部份摘錄如下：
1. 適用機票對象：
於2011年3月11日前(含3/11)開票的全日空機票
2. 可變更的日期：
限制是從2011年3月11日(星期五)至4月10日(星期日)間出發
3. 可變更票種：
不管當初開的票價和艙等為何，通通都可包含在內
4. 可免費變更次數：
不管票種和艙等，均僅限免費變更一次
5. 出發日期：
限制要在2010年6月10日(星期五)前出發(所以有端午節連假有在其中喔～～)
和日航不大一樣的是～～全日空的公告內並未限制航線！
日航並不是全日本均可退票和更改日期的航線，僅限關東和東北地區機場的航線
(日航限定可退可換機場：東京羽田、東京成田、仙台、花卷、青森、三澤、山形、秋田、新潟、松本)
但全日空並未提到此點！
換句話說～～即使你飛的是關西，如果要改要退，應該也都能被接受
其它公告內未提到的事項，或有其它疑問，建議直接打電話詢問全日空客服會較詳盡
